Using this site

Norvera Residence is a sole proprietorship registered in Thane, Maharashtra and trading online as Norvera Residence. Continuing to browse, or placing an order, constitutes acceptance of these terms and every policy linked below. If that does not suit, please leave the site.

Your login

Guest checkout and accounts are both available. An account password is your responsibility, as is anything done under it. Suspect someone else is in your account? Email [email protected]. Fraudulent or abusive accounts will be suspended.

Currency, price and payment

Pricing is in Indian rupees throughout, tax included. We are below the GST registration threshold and are not GST registered, so no GST is charged and no GSTIN is issued. Payment is by UPI for prepaid orders or Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes; we do not accept cards.

We may change prices and stock at any time. If a price was wrong, you will hear from us before dispatch and can either accept the correction or cancel for a full refund.

Order acceptance

The confirmation email acknowledges receipt rather than acceptance. A contract exists only once the goods are dispatched. Orders may be declined for stock that has run out, an unserviceable PIN code, a pricing error, or details we cannot verify.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Timelines and charges live in the Shipping Policy, returns in the Refund and Returns Policy, cancellations in the Cancellation Policy. Together they form part of these terms.

Ownership of content

The text, layout, photography and branding on this site belong to Norvera Residence unless stated otherwise. Third-party product names and marks stay with their owners and appear here only to describe an item. Commercial reuse of site content requires our written permission.

Liability limits

The site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Norvera Residence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any product purchased through it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Jurisdiction

Applicable law is Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The courts at Thane have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
