Are the non-stick pans induction compatible?
Only where the listing states it. Compatibility is carried from the supplier specification and is not assumed.
What temperature can the silicone tools take?
Where the supplier states a rating it appears in the listing specifications. Tools without a stated rating are listed without one.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, on serviceable PIN codes at no extra charge.
Can I return a used pan?
No. Returns are for unused items in original packaging with the invoice, within 10 days of delivery.
Where do you ship from?
From Thane, Maharashtra , to serviceable PIN codes across India.
How much is shipping?
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that a flat ₹49 applies anywhere in India. Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same evening.
Are your prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. Prices are in Indian rupees, inclusive of applicable tax, with delivery shown before payment.
Do you charge GST?
No. We fall below the GST registration threshold and are not registered, so no GST is charged and no GSTIN is issued.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI as a prepaid method and Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes. Cards are not accepted and payment details are never stored by us.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is sent by email and SMS at dispatch and can be checked on the Track Your Order page.
