Free to cancel until it is packed
There is no cancellation charge before dispatch. After the courier has it, our returns policy takes over.
Cancel before we pack
Email [email protected] quoting the order number while it still reads as processing, which is the 1 to 2 business days between payment and courier pickup. There is no charge. Prepaid money returns to the UPI handle or bank account it came from within 5 to 7 business days, in keeping with Reserve Bank of India timelines.
Once packed and picked up
A dispatched parcel cannot be stopped. You may refuse it on arrival or return it under the Refund and Returns Policy. There is no charge for refusing a Cash on Delivery parcel at the door.
If we have to cancel
Occasionally we have to cancel: stock that turns out to be damaged, a pricing error on the site, or an order we cannot verify. You will be told the reason and refunded in full, including delivery.
Partial cancellation
If part of an order cannot be fulfilled we can refund that part and send the rest. Say which you prefer when you contact us.
Cancellation refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. No cancellation charge is applied at any point.
