Preparing your order
Cookware sets ship with each pan separated by a board divider so the non-stick faces never meet in transit, and lids travel taped to their pans. Utensil sets go out in their retail sleeve inside a padded outer. Under-sink and rolling organisers ship flat-packed with the fittings bagged and taped to the frame, because a loose fitting bag is the single most common reason an assembly cannot be finished.
Anything paid for before 3:00 PM IST on a working day is dispatched the same evening, and later orders go out the next working day. Six dispatch days a week, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping coverage
From Thane, Maharashtra we reach serviceable PIN codes across the country. Some remote PIN codes fall outside our couriers’ network; you will see that at checkout, not after paying.
We trade online only, so there is no storefront and nothing to collect in person.
What you pay for delivery
Free delivery starts at ₹999. Below the threshold the charge is a flat ₹49 anywhere in India. Whatever the cart shows is what you pay — there is no extra handling charge.
Delivery windows
A typical order reaches a metro address in three to five business days and the rest of India in five to nine, counted from dispatch rather than from the moment you order. Add 1 to 2 business days for packing.
Treat the windows as estimates. Couriers are affected by weather, strikes and public holidays, and we will not promise a date that is not ours to keep.
Where is my parcel
The moment your parcel is collected, a tracking link is sent by email and SMS. The Track Your Order page accepts the same reference. Should tracking stall for three working days, write to [email protected] and we will take it up with the courier.
Cash on Delivery is free to use across most serviceable PIN codes; the remaining few are prepaid-only and shown as such at checkout.
